Welcome to my newly designed website. It has been long overdue and I'm sure the people who have been emailing me about it will be very happy with the look of the site.

I will be leaving for Melbourne Australia pretty soon to compete in the 2006 Commonwealth Games. I'm very excited because this will be a chance for me to show that I can again compete at a high level after my unfortunate 2005 season. A link to the Commonwealth Games website is in the Links section of the site. Be sure to check out the results, as I'm sure it will be a great competition.

I'm back in South Africa now and I'm living with my parents and - trying to save some $$. Training has been going well the last couple of months, and I'm very happy with my form at this early stage of the year. Hopefully those big throws will come soon.
